This is an integral part of our company mission. As part of the Erasmus+ program, we have welcomed a total of 7 apprentices from Croatia for an exchange program over several sessions. Through their internship, they had the opportunity to explore their career prospects in Germany. They learned about our daily operations and the exciting challenges at BVS in both development and the workshop. However, the exchange is not a one-way street. Apart from the exciting personal contacts, BVS also benefits from the insights gained into the challenges faced by young, ambitious, and talented professionals from other European countries, as well as learning about the training processes in those countries.
