We would like to inform you that we will completely transfer our business BVS Industrie Elektronik GmbH to our new company BVS Electronics GmbH on 1 January 2024. From this date onwards, BVS Electronics GmbH will commence operations under otherwise unchanged conditions and continue business operations on a 1:1 basis as your new contractual partner.
Nothing else changes for you at this point, the new company is the legal successor of BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH with all rights and obligations. The management of the Bätz family will remain in place, and the contact persons of our staff you are familiar with will of course continue to work for you reliably under the contact details you are familiar with. We will also continue to support you with our comprehensive service portfolio.

If this is not possible, please inform us of our new customer/supplier number with you.

BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH was founded in 1987 and has established itself as a family-run medium-sized company in the repair, sale and service of industrial electronics in the field of CNC, PLC and robot automation. This is largely thanks to you, our business partners!
Due to the increasing internationalisation of our business as well as the development of new business areas, such as our expansion to include electronics for renewable energies (Green Energy Electronics), we will in future trade under the name BVS Electronics GmbH with an international terminology. We will continue to work the market with our new business segmentrelated brands, BVS Industry Electronics for our existing business segment and BVS Green Energy Electronics for our newly developed business segment. BVS Electronics GmbH will always be your contractual partner, irrespective of the business field.
The new structure enables us to organise our operations more efficiently so that we can continue to offer you fast and customised solutions, as well as make our services available to you for new markets in a targeted and needs-based manner.
